Tours
Tour operator software that closes the week.
Half-days, full-days and multi-stop trips all become pay lines from the sessions that were actually completed.
How the week actually closes
The pay run follows the sessions that actually ran, whatever you call the activity.
Operators mention kitesurf, kayak, surf, cycling, abseil. The pay run does not care which word you use.
- The week, not only the booking
- A tour that ran is a pay line at your rate. Anything the system cannot resolve is flagged for a person.
- Direct-first booking
- Guests check out on your own domain. The customer relationship stays with you.
