Operators invite agents. Agents get a link. Commission on paid, completed bookings — with no cap. Custom operator rates are a conversation, not a second plan on this page.
What 3% looks like
On a R1,200 lesson you pay R36 — 3% of that booking.

What counts as a billable booking
A booking is billed only when it is both paid and completed.
- Paid
- Payment into your own merchant account is confirmed — by a provider webhook or a reconciled statement. For an OTA booking, the OTA's payout report is the confirmation.
- Completed
- The session is marked completed and its undo window has closed. The weekly pay run drafts from those completed sessions.
- Not billed, ever
- Cancelled, refunded, no-show and weather-held bookings, and anything that is not both paid and completed. A refund after billing appears as a reversal on the next invoice.
- Booking value
- The booking total in the ledger, net of refunds and excluding VAT. Direct, agent, office, walk-up and OTA-sourced bookings are charged at the same published rate — no channel costs you more for the way it arrived.
Invoicing and pass-through costs

- Weekly in arrears, one line per billed booking, so every charge names the booking it came from. Billed in your own currency.
- We never hold your guests' money
- AdventureOS never holds guest funds. Guests pay you on your own merchant account. We invoice only our fee.
