What you need before your first real booking, and what it costs to find out. Opening the account itself takes one email address and about thirty seconds.
What it costs to start
Nothing. Every booking in your first 14 days carries no fee, no card is needed, and after that it is 3% of each paid, completed booking, invoiced weekly — with no subscription to cancel if you stop.
What we will need from you
- A domain
- The address your booking page will run on. We issue and renew the certificate for it.
- A merchant account
- Yoco, Paystack or PayFast, in your own name. Guests pay you directly — we never hold their money.
- Your activities and rates
- What you sell, at what price, with what capacity, and the staff pay rates the weekly pay run should apply.
- Last season's bookings, if you have them
- A spreadsheet is fine. Importing them means your first reports are not empty.
